Fans are Looking Forward To Apple’s WWDC

We all know that Steve Jobs will once again be taking the spotlight and center stage at the Worldwide Developers’ Conference at California this coming June 7, and any are betting that the man’s big surprise will be the unveiling of the new Apple iPhone 4G smart phone that has been seen in so many leaks all over the world that we wonder why Apple still bothers to keep details secret.

At the same time, many are also expecting Steve to take several stabs and swings at his competitors during his speech. The man certainly did not hold back when he wrote a letter explaining Apple’s stance regarding Flash and Adobe, we certainly will not be surprised if he has plenty more to say once he gets hold of a microphone in front of what is predicted to be over 5000 developers attending the WWDC.

There is certainly no love lost between Google and Apple, the Cupertino based company has already taken a strong legal stand against HTC –a major supporter of the Android operating system. This war of course is not just Apple going on the offensive. Google has taken a stand with HTC and the Taiwanese based electronics manufacturer has filed a counter lawsuit against Apple just recently.

Google also jumped into the fray of the heated Adobe-Apple thing that was going on several weeks ago. With Apple formally banning developers from using third party dev tool to make iPhone apps (specifically, Adobe’s Flash Professional CS5), the two companies have been on an internet wide war of words. Google has sided with Adobe and is now bringing Flash to the Android –making their mobile platform capable of supporting both Flash and HTML5 web formats.

Still, despite the many competitors that Apple may have, Steve Jobs is still confident that the next generation iPhone has what it takes to keep up the legacy that they have built in the past couple of years.
